Billie has also been selected as one of the top seven New Castle County Realtors to participate in a real estate Mega Marketing Rally for the State of Delaware, participated in the Gateway Marketing Seminars and currently belongs to the prestigious Howard Brinton Star Power Club recognizing the top 1500 Realtors across the country.

Even during high school Billie, with future husband Steve, developed Billie 'n Steve's Produce Market that also distributed seasonal flowers and Christmas trees. She was a sales coordinator for ICI Plastics Division and a manufacturer's representative for numerous wholesale nurseries including the Conard-Pyle Co. known for their prestigious Star Roses.
Billie began her successful real estate career in 1989 and joined RE/MAX in 1995. Billie graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School and went on to graduate in business administration at the University of Delaware. She is the top 1/2 percent of all real estate agents in the country and has received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award.
She enjoys spending time with her family and two Labrador Retrievers, gardening, sewing and swimming. She is actively involved in the American Heart Association, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, The Tatnall School and is the founder of the Steven H. Chubb Memorial Foundation, which provides scholarships to students for higher education. -

Cynthia brings over 14 years of Project Management and Customer Service experience to the Chubb Realty Group and is committed to educating her clients through the home buying and selling process. In addition to assisting customers, Cynthia focuses on marketing and business development for the Chubb Realty Group.
Cynthia graduated with a degree in Biochemistry from San Diego State University and shortly after, was recruited to Delaware where she spent just over ten years with a local Bio-tech company as the Senior Project Manager of Antibody Services. After starting her own family, she took her years of Project Management and Customer Service experience, and Co-Founded Signature Sitters LLC, a local babysitting staffing agency. Her years of experience in customer relations combined with her compassion for people and her knowledge of the local real estate market, make her a strong asset to anyone embarking into the current buying/selling market.
In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and two children, Hunter and Sophia as well as staying active in the community. Among other volunteer activities, she has most recently served as Co-Chair for the Delaware Children's Museum's First Anniversary Gala, serves on the Christ Church Episcopal Preschool's Board of Trustees and is the President of the CCEP Parent Association. -
